    after some speedbumps and life getting in the way were doing the jam on the 20th. for real this time! hah

    In March, 2008 our friend Sara Cowling was diagnosed with a brain
    tumor. Through an initial procedure in October, 2008 and all your
    help with The Saturday Showdown, she was doing much better. It has
    come to light that she will need a second operation to hopefully end
    the continuing seizures and memory loss that still lingers from the
    tumor. Due to a horrible insurance situation, the Cowling family must
    finance the entire procedure and all associated costs themselves with
    no assistance. Let’s help our friends Ryan and Sara and show them
    that they are not alone in this.

    We're hosting people from all over the southwest POLO tournament (DPI 2) that weekend. We're expecting about 75 people to participate in the tournament. I'm sure plenty of them will be interested in checking out the festivities at Kore. We'll advertise it as a post tourney activity since we'll be done playing by the time the sun goes down. And Kore is one of our sponsors, so it only makes sense to send them a bunch of people for their event.But what do I know? I don't even live in AZ.

    ok. so if there is any confusion... if you plan on doing the sprint race.. show up a bit before 9 ( as the race will start promptly at 9) get signed up. and pedal your ass off. there will be a prize for 1st place ( maybe top 3)

    as for the trick comps both bmx and fixed.. those will be run loosely throughout the night like last year.. it will be more like a jam. where everyone rides then we will loosely organize the comps. run those guys quick. give out the prizes. etc.

    but if you plan on coming out and riding and hanging out at all, and dont want to buy into a raffle ticket to win some sweet stuff, please please donate what you can. thanks!

    yeah. the flyer is kind of confusing, mountain bike stuff is at 8am. the fixed sprint race starts ( pretty promptly) at 9 the trick stuff will be loosely run throughout the night, but the ramps will be open to ride as soon as they are set up. but plan for everything starting around 9 ( when green closes and the parking lot empties out)cant stop The Daggers
